CONDITIONS

The hospitality solutions provide for a minimum stay of 7 nights in high season (August) and 4 nights in low / medium season.

To confirm the reservation, is required a payment of 30% of the total price of the stay, non-refundable.

The final payment of 70% of the stay price must be paid in two solutions:

35%, 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, under penalty of cancellation of the reservation,

and the remaining 35% on the day of check-in.

CHECK-IN: from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm

CHECK-OUT: by 10:00 am

The rates do not include the security deposit that have to be paid in cash on arrival.

This deposit will be refunded in cash at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the places.
