Its particular and not excessive density in the mouth will amaze the palate for its alternation of flavors, with the predominant aroma of the cellina olive.
Cellina beer, strictly artisanal, is characterized by not being filtered or pasteurized and has a slightly amber color with a sweet taste of the initial malt but readily balanced by noble hops that give a dry finish.
